What you can do

  • Check out items in seconds
    Create a rental by selecting the room, guest, and item type. We auto-assign the first available unit so you don’t have to pick serial numbers. Set a due time with quick presets like +12h or tomorrow at noon.

  • See live availability
    Availability is always accurate: available, in use, and maintenance counts update instantly as items move.

  • Return, extend, or mark lost/damaged
    Process returns with condition notes, extend due times in one click, and handle losses or damage with a dedicated flow that updates unit status and the record.

  • Keep everyone in sync
    Create optional delivery and pickup tasks for runners or housekeeping. Each rental has a timeline so you can see exactly what happened and when.

How it works

Rentals adds a light “per-unit” layer to your existing inventory. Your item types (like Apple TV) stay in your Inventory list. For items you loan to guests, you track individual units (ATV-001, ATV-002…). This prevents double-issuing and lets you capture condition per device.
